Colin's First Track Meet

As you know Colin is running track this year.  There are a few meets that he is just too young to participate in, for Hershey's you need to be 9-14 and then the USATF Jr. Olympics he could participate but we feel he is too young at this point.  So, when we were told about the Tiny Tots meets we were excited, because it's only for kids ages 2-10.  Both Colin and Michael (neighbor friend) participated.  Colin ran the 100 M, 80 M Hurdles, threw the javelin, and threw the soft ball too.  He tried so hard and worked his tail feathers off.  We are so proud of him.  He got over all his hurdles, just knocking down the very last one.  All the kids got a medal and an otter pop, which was really fun for each of them.
